Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before we start working together.

It depends on the scope. Smaller projects can move from briefing to delivery within a few weeks, while website builds, growth systems and larger campaigns usually run across several stages. Before we begin, we agree the scope, milestones and realistic delivery timeline with you.

Only the access required for the work we are delivering. This may include your website, analytics, advertising accounts, social channels, CRM or email platform. We will always explain what we need, why we need it and who should retain ownership.

Your core business accounts should remain under your ownership wherever possible. Final approved assets and deliverables created for your project are handed over according to the agreed scope. We avoid building systems that leave clients unnecessarily dependent on us.

Marketing is rarely “finished” at launch. We review performance, identify what is working and make agreed refinements. Ongoing clients receive continuous optimisation, while project-based clients can request further support or a new phase of work when needed.

We use access only for the agreed work, follow sensible permission controls and avoid unnecessary sharing of credentials. We make digital marketing easier to understand and easier to manage. Instead of adding more complexity, we connect strategy, creative, media, technology and measurement around your goals — so you can focus on running the business while we take care of the marketing engine.

We work especially well with SMEs and growing organisations that need experienced marketing support without building a large in-house team. We also support larger organisations on specific campaigns, digital projects and specialist growth initiatives.

To demystify digital marketing and make high-quality growth support more accessible. We want clients to understand what is being done, why it matters and what the results mean — while giving them the space to focus on what they do best.

That is completely fine. A discovery call is designed to clarify the problem before recommending a service. We can review your current position, priorities and marketing gaps, then suggest the most practical next step rather than pushing you into a package you do not need.
