About the Role
We are looking for a Web Developer to help build, maintain and improve websites and digital experiences for OSDM and our clients. You will work closely with strategy, design and marketing teams to turn approved concepts into fast, reliable and conversion-focused websites.
The role suits someone who is comfortable working across different website environments, solving technical problems independently and collaborating with both creative and commercial teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and optimise websites and landing pages
- Translate approved designs into responsive, functional web experiences
- Work with WordPress, Elementor and other relevant CMS platforms
- Support website migrations, hosting, domains and technical configuration
- Implement forms, tracking, integrations and conversion requirements
- Improve website speed, usability and mobile performance
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with designers, marketers and external technical partners
- Maintain clear documentation across client website projects
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience developing and maintaining commercial websites
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress and modern page-building environments
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience working with hosting, DNS and website migrations
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and marketing integrations
- Good understanding of technical SEO and website performance
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Able to manage multiple projects and communicate progress clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
