The company has successfully delivered major, multi-million- euro projects across a wide range of industry sectors for some of the world’s largest manufacturing organisations, with completed projects in Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.
In 2025, McLoughlin Industrial Flooring appointed OSDM to assist with the completion of their new website and the rollout of their refreshed brand identity.
The project was subject to a strict deadline, with both elements required to be delivered within an intensive eight-week timeframe.

McLoughlin Industrial Flooring’s existing website was outdated and not mobile-friendly. It no longer reflected the professionalism of the organisation or the scale and complexity of the projects they had delivered. While a wireframe for a new website had been created by another web development company in 2024, the project had stalled and required strong leadership to bring it to completion.
OSDM was appointed to take ownership of the project, manage all stakeholders, and drive the website through to launch. This involved working closely with the McLoughlin team to gather and refine content and imagery, as well as advising on website structure, layout, and messaging to ensure the final result aligned with the company’s vision.
In parallel, McLoughlin Industrial Flooring needed to roll out a new brand identity. Although a new logo had already been developed by a previous agency, it had not been implemented due to time constraints. OSDM worked closely with a small core team within McLoughlin to project manage the brand rollout, ensuring all company collateral was updated consistently and effectively, presenting the business with a fresh and modern image.
Managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and tight deadlines presented a significant challenge. However, through clear communication and structured project management, OSDM successfully delivered both the website and brand rollout on time, with the new website launching ahead of the deadline.

The client was extremely pleased with the new website, which now accurately reflects the scale, credibility and professionalism of the organisation. Shortly after launch, McLoughlin Industrial Flooring reported receiving several CVs via the new website from prospective employees, demonstrating its effectiveness as a recruitment tool.
The client was also very satisfied with the successful rollout of their new brand identity. As a result of the positive experience and outcomes achieved, McLoughlin Industrial Flooring has since appointed OSDM to oversee the next phase of their digital marketing, to include managing their website on an ongoing basis, as well as to develop and manage their social media strategy and employer branding strategy going forward.
